Marriage Licence Application

Complete this form to apply for a marriage licence. Enter your information as you would like it to appear on your final marriage licence. The City of Woodstock requires 48-72 hours to process your request. 

Please note:  This is not a marriage licence; the official marriage licence is issued at City Hall, 500 Dundas Street, by City Staff after the marriage licence application has been received and reviewed.

• City Staff will contact the applicant when the licence is ready
• The applicant must come to City Hall in person to:
  • pay the marriage licence fee of $125
  • provide any other required documentation
